We have developed a tried and tested approach to helping individuals find success into whichever future they choose whether it is a new job, new career, self-employment or a portfolio approach. We support individuals who may have to leave the organisation due to a reorganisation or if they wish to move internally.
We work with all levels across the organisation. For many people, the prospect of changing roles, locations or employers can be daunting, and they may be very anxious about the future. Support from us can help to limit any distress or damage to your people and the organisation. We recognise that the circumstances, needs and aspirations of individuals vary considerably. Many people will want or need a new job as soon as possible. Others may want to take advantage of the opportunity to change direction, become self-employed, or plan retirement or semi-retirement. We see our role as working to their individual agendas, as opposed to other ‘Outplacement’ providers who may focus purely on trying to find the same role elsewhere.
Whatever each individual has in mind, our coaches offer a blend of support and challenge to help people achieve their objectives. By thinking through their options carefully (including the financial implications) and taking a planned and considered approach, your people are more likely to achieve a successful transition and longer-term happiness and fulfilment.
