Our team are a very broadly experienced group of accredited coaches.  Individuals are carefully matched to their coach across all levels – helping them maximise their true potential.

Our methodology has developed and being strengthened by a number of different coaching philosophies, as we believe that one approach is not always best for all issues and situations. Our methodology allows for the individual style of coaches to respond flexibly to the needs of the individuals within aconsistentframework, which provides the following:

  • performance focused coaching with a coaching agreement, covering goals measures and outcomes, reviews and time periods.
  • coaching centred on learning.
  • coaching committed to action and then taking action.
  • Supported by appropriate measures e.g. EQ-i (Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire), 360 feedback, personal performance plans etc.
