We begin many of our development programmes across our clients with support to the succession planning initiatives within the organisation.  This often takes the form of assessment such as 360-degree feedback to ensure that the development needs across the Managers and Leaders are captured and the support can then be delivered around those development needs.

We can also provide MBTI assessment, team assessments (INSIGHT) and assessment around EQi or we can work with any current assessment initiatives the may have already taken place.
