Program Overview Elements and Focus

 

 

A concise team away day (1 day) to understand where the team is now, focusing on SWOT Analysis and Team Dynamics. The session defines where the team is going by reviewing Mission, Vision, and Values, and focusing on leading the team through change.
Leadership Academy

 

A comprehensive program including Leadership Styles & DISC profiling for all participants, residential away days, and facilitated sessions on vision, goal-setting, trust-building, and engagement. The Academy includes Coaching Action Groups, individual one-hour DISC feedback, bitesize learning sessions (e.g., Leaders as Coach), accreditation, and an action planning framework.

 

Tiered Manager Academy

 

A structured Bronze, Silver, and Gold approach to build capability. Silver includes an ELT session, two 2-Day Away Days for two cohorts, DISC profiling and group feedback, facilitated sessions on core topics, and individual 1:1 DISC debriefs. Gold adds additional bitesize sessions, individual touchpoint coaching support to embed behaviours, and impact measurement (e.g., structured follow-ups and writing leadership questions for the Employee Engagement Survey).
