The framework guides the coaching engagement through five key stages:

Explore: Deep diving into the current situation and challenges.

Commit: Developing clear action plans.

Review: Assessing progress against goals and outcomes..


This process addresses core issues at the centre, including Organisational, Team, Leadership, and Manager Issues, alongside individual areas like Competence, Relationships, Performance, and Career/Personal development.


 

 


Key Pillars of Our Methodology


We match individuals carefully to a coach to help them maximize their true potential. Our practice draws from several future-focused coaching philosophies, including Performance coaching (e.g., TGROW), Systemic coaching, Appreciative Inquiry, Solutions-focused coaching, Co-active coaching, and NLP-based coaching.


1. Personal Inquiry & Reflective Practice

We encourage clients to engage in Personal Inquiry, which involves looking beyond short-term judgments to explore the deeper frames of reference used to make meaning. This is a reflective process where clients step back to become the ‘detached observer’ to gain deeper insight into the origins of their behaviour patterns, judgments, and emotions.

2. Organisational Context

Our coaches recognize that understanding the wider Organisational Context is invaluable for development. We ensure the coaching remains focused on performance within this context, helping individuals develop a wider understanding of themselves and others. We view the organisational context as the foreground, rather than just the background.

3. Psychometric Tools

To increase self-awareness and help leaders fulfill their potential, we recommend the use of specialized psychometric tools.

EQi 2.0 Leadership:

 

Measures Emotional Intelligence (EI), a set of emotional and social skills that influence how we perceive, express ourselves, and use emotional information effectively.

Hogan Development Survey (HDS):

 

Identifies critical blind spots in leadership style. This tool provides a full understanding of development areas by showing how strengths (like attention to detail) can become weaknesses (like micromanagement) under pressure.
