As a team our mission is to make a difference and our aim is to help individuals to achieve their goals whatever they are. Their success is our success and our approach is to work in close partnership with our clients to create effective solutions for their staff. We have worked with many of our clients for over 25 years, which we believe is an indicator of not only the quality of service we provide, but also of the value for money we offer and the partnership approach we have in all our client relationships.
The Skylite Difference: Tailored, Integrated, and Effective
Skylite’s delivery approach is highly flexible and offers a broad range of outplacement support solutions. This facilitates our ability to design services which are tailored to the specific needs of both employees and organisation and aligned with budget. Programme components include group workshops, one to one sessions and online self-learning and research tools. :
Highly Effective & Engaging: By precisely tailoring the selection of tools to your unique scenario, we maximise participant engagement and ensure the learning immediately translates into positive behavioural change.
Our pool of Career Coaches has extensive experience and a broad range of skills, gained in a wide range of industry sectors. They are highly experienced at delivering workshops and coaching support to a wide range of individuals, from varying backgrounds and specialisms and with very different levels of confidence. The skill of the coach is to ensure that all the individuals in the workshops and one to one sessions feel comfortable, relaxed and supported sufficiently, to get as much out of the session as possible.
Our coaches are skilled at ensuring the needs of individuals are met, whether this is in a group workshop environment, where attendees may have varied length of service, seniority, role profile and career or life objectives; or within a one to one session.
All of our coaches have undertaken assessment and accreditation to ensure that quality is consistently of the highest standards. Additionally, our career coaches work undertake continuous professional development, further enhancing our ability to maintain high quality professional services.
Whatever each individual has in mind, our coaches offer a blend of support and challenge to help people achieve their objectives. By thinking through their options carefully (including the financial implications) and taking a planned and considered approach, staff are more likely to achieve a successful transition and longer-term happiness and fulfilment.
